Extra Care:
Yale Cleaners offers a free service, Extra Care, enabling customers to specify stains, missing buttons, and other one-time handling instructions for their clothing via the iPhone App. The staff will meticulously identify, tag, and fulfill Extra Care requests at every stage of the cleaning process. Customers utilizing this service can monitor the progress of their Extra Care requests through the Yale App.

Paperless Coupons:
Yale now provides paperless coupons that are automatically loaded onto your phone each month. To redeem these offers, simply show them to Yale's counter representative during pick-up (Push Notifications functionality coming soon).

My Closet:
With My Closet, customers can leverage Yale’s custom barcode system to track their wardrobe efficiently. This feature provides a comprehensive list of all garments cleaned on your account. Users can select any item from the list to view cleaning history, request Extra Care Service, or attach garment photos for reference throughout the app.

Order Status:
Easily track dry cleaning and laundry orders throughout the cleaning process. View ticket details and order totals promptly. The app will send a Push Notification when your order is ready for pick-up and even highlight clothes at Yale Cleaners if photos are attached using My Closet.
